Because of the complexity of each case, we start with a free consultation to discuss the facts and avenues for remedy, as well as estimated costs for each to help you make an informed decision on the best path forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to gather facts and listen to each person's issues to ensure that the case is something that we can handle. On this consultation we will discuss possible avenues forward and whether we would advise hiring an attorney or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Federal employment law is a small niche with few attorneys who handle cases against the federal government on behalf of its employees. I have practiced solely in this area for over a decade, and all attorneys at the firm also have years of experience in this niche area. We take a team approach to solving problems, acknowledging that multiple heads are better than one.
