- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, generally contested matters (like custody battles) are billed hourly and uncontested matters are billed at a flat fee. $100 initial consultation* fee applies to all family and criminal cases. *Consultation fees are waived for military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule an in-depth initial consultation. We charge a $100 consultation fee for roughly 30 minutes of legal advice. During the consultation we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding your particular legal issue, our representation, and the options in your case. We do not offer free consultations - simply because the attorney's hourly rate is $250 and our caseload is very high.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Cum Laude status of my undergraduate college and in the top 19% of my law school class. I have attended several advanced courses in Texas family law and criminal law.
