- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have a conversation with you first so I can have an idea of the scope of the project. Next, I want to meet on the job site next so I can get an assessment of the work so I can make an accurate quote. Finally, we will go over the quote so we agree upon the work so we can proceed with scheduling. Once work begins, I like to be on the job site periodically so I can make sure the project avoids any issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years in home building experience in Houston and the surrounding areas. I have 4+ years in custom residential experience, and I am currently an estimator for a custom home builder where I price out custom options.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get a second and third quote. You need something to compare against.
