- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees depend on whom I am working with and the project. I have worked primarily at an hourly rate with homeowners. When working with builders, there are several options. I can work hourly, by the SQ FT price depending on the size of the project or build in the design fee and hours to each individual contract according to budget. I am very flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone conversation about the desired project and budget followed by an onsite visit. Once the scope of work has been determined and agreed upon, a retainer is obtained to start the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formerly educated at the Art Institute of Houston and Seattle for "Interior Design" followed by 18 years of private and joint proprietorship.
