- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depend on your home’s size and condition and frequency of service (weekly cleaning may be discounted, as opposed to monthly or bimonthly cleaning).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, we ask a few questions to understand your cleaning needs better. We will send a quote that includes price, date, time, and cleaning focus based on the information shared. Once the quote is confirmed, we will send a confirmation so that the clearing date is secured and locked in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We rigorously vet all of our cleaners, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews, cleaning demos. Our cleaners are efficient, quick, honest, and take pride in providing top-tier service.
