We are a Houston-based immigration law practice. Our firm represents individuals, and businesses in various immigration matters including work visas, green cards, citizenship applications, H-1B visas, etc. We handle both employment-based and family-based cases. The attorney has extensive experience with National Interest Waiver green cards, and petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability. We also assist investors with investor visas. Our goal is to successfully assist clients in navigating the complex immigration laws to obtain temporary visas or permanent residence in the United States. We analyze each case in order to assess which non-immigrant visa or immigrant petition type is most appropriate. I am proud to represent immigrant families and individuals. If I could give more stars, I would. Dessi Matthew is a top professional. I contacted her after talking to 2 lawyers, and immediately I knew was going to hire her. She gave honest opinions and options. Without meeting her I felt really comfortable. When I finally met her with my wife she was honesty, integrity, and professionalism all in one. I think her biggest quality is her attention to details (minor and major). Interview day came, she was punctual, represented us professionally, and our green card was approved same day. I am licensed in both Texas and New York. I am a graduate of Elisabeth Taub School of Law (formerly Pace University School of Law) in New York. I received my Juris Doctor degree in 2010. Previously I attained a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. My Bachelor’s degree is in International Relations from Lyon College, received in 1999.
