My mothers laptop fan was not working well. After putting up my request on thumbtack, Derek contacted me and was able to put a fair price. He was very professional and sent updates as the work was being done. I will absolutely go to him for any other computer issues that I may have.

Highly recommend Derek for ANY computer repair/issue. He successfully repaired two laptops that I had previously given up on and deemed un-repairable. Reasonably priced, quick turnaround, and great communication. Overall awesome!

Derek was really helpful finding what I needed for my laptop and fixing it quickly at a really reasonable rate! He also shared other knowledge with me he thought I needed to know about my laptop and helped me find the correct battery that I can change out myself (he didn't have to help me with that since it had nothing to do with the issue I had that he fixed). Thanks, Derek!

Although our phone conversation got out to a rough start but I would definitely recommend Derek for computer service. He was willing to come to me and look at my computer issues. He was willing to work with my schedule and made the trip in the rain and diagnosed the problem at no charge.
He is reasonable in price and if I had another problem I would definitely give him a call
