ASV Locksmith really helped me out in a bind! My schlage encode wifi lock suddenly had the battery drain while I was out of town and would not unlock. I had several family members try the lock once I got the alert from my schlage app and it would not work. I got on thumbtack while on my layover and ASV was one of the first to respond. I was coming off of a late flight and i needed a locksmith that could help me get in late that night after I landed. My flight landed at 11pm and I wouldnt make it to my house until midnight. ASV responded promptly and assured me he would meet me at my home. He was prompt and punctual, had all the tools, and very professional and polite. Not only was he able to get me in, he re-keyed the lock because I didn't know where the original key was. The icing on the cake: affordable pricing. I will be using him for any future rekeys or lock issues. Happy he responded so fast and that I booked him!
