FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Paige Mediation uses transparent, flat-fee pricing so clients know exactly what to expect. I offer an affordable $25 introductory consultation, which is credited toward a future mediation session if booked. Mediation sessions are priced by half-day or full-day, depending on the complexity of the matter. There are no hidden fees, and any additional time needed beyond the scheduled session is discussed and agreed upon in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an introductory consultation to understand the dispute, the parties involved, and the client’s goals. If mediation is appropriate, I conduct a brief intake with all parties, explain the mediation process, and schedule the session. During mediation, I facilitate structured discussions in a neutral, confidential environment and assist the parties in working toward mutually acceptable resolutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and have extensive professional experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. I am a certified mediator and have completed advanced mediation training, including Advanced Family Law Mediation. I regularly apply mediation principles in complex workplace, business, family, and interpersonal disputes. My background allows me to manage high-conflict situations with professionalism, neutrality, and care.
