- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Peace Group prides itself on offering competitive rates with the mediation industry. If for some reason you can not afford our rate, we do offer free services for cases that qualify.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer starts with a consultation, which is always free! Once we determine if mediation is a right fit for their problem, then we get started with the paperwork. At The Peace Group, we pride ourselves on educating our customers on the benefits of mediation. We also ensure that they understand every step of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Principal mediator for The Peace Group, I take pride in my education and training surrounding the mediation field. I have a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies. I am also a Texas Credentialed Mediator through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. I have taken numerous mediation classes from colleges throughout Texas, including Southern Methodist University.
