What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My starting fee is $35 for travel plus $6 per signature. ( min $25 fee to meet at my office plus $6 per signature)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can meet the customer at their location or they can come to my office. They need to have the correct forms ready to be signed as well as witnesses needed for certain documents.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training on the National Notary Association platform.
