- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to give my client's more predictability with fees when I can. For drafting and applications, I offer flat fees and for hourly work, I provide estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a no-obligation consultation within a few days after a new customer contact. I figure out how I can help you and provide you with an estimate. If we decide we are a good fit, then work begins within the week that you sign my contract for hire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have represented over 3,000 trademark brands before the USPTO and have learned from experience what steps clients can take to protect their brands.
