- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal injury cases, you pay nothing unless we win. For criminal defense, we offer flat fees so there are no surprises. We’re transparent about pricing and happy to discuss payment plans when needed. The first consultation is free, so there’s no risk in reaching out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone consultation, followed by a deeper intake to gather all the facts. From there, we build a game plan together. Whether it’s getting your car repaired after a wreck or preparing a DWI defense, we keep communication open and explain every step so you’re never in the dark.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree and over two decades of legal experience. I’m also a certified Lawyer-Scientist through the American Chemical Society—one of the few attorneys in the country with that designation. I’ve tried more than 25 criminal cases, far more than most PI lawyers, and I use that courtroom experience to fight for my clients.
