I started training with Anthony in late 2014. At that time I was 27 years old, had 3 kids and weighed over 300lbs. I was ready to make a drastic life change. I trained with Anthony 4-5 days a week and with his help we constructed a great diet and workout routine. We set goals together throughout the 2 years I trained with him and squashed every one of them. He combined weight training, circuit training and cardio into my work outs. He taught me the foundations of diet and weight training, created home workouts for me and was always introducing new programs to target our goals. Anthony held me accountable to my workouts and pushed me to my max potential. And the results.... well I think the picture attached to this review speaks for itself, but to be specific, I lost a total of 141lbs and 22% body fat. More so, I gained an amazing amount of confidence and enough knowledge about health and fitness to last me a lifetime. I still keep in touch with Anthony. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first day will be all about going over goals, previous experience and just getting to know each other while we discuss what the plan will look like moving forward. Before we begin training we will go through some baseline screenings. The screening will be a few simple movements (dependent on goals) just to establish a baseline in which we will build from. Once we go through the initial process we will have some fun training!
