I just had my assessment with Jerrick and it went pretty well. Went through the basics but learned learned a lot during the session. Really makes you feel confident that you will reach your results. Will update again when we go through our sessions.

Jerrick excels at developing programs / strategies that have delivered great results. I can tell because my husband haven't officially started working out with him but only his assessment exam and he was already exhausted from that. He told me Jerrick really got him straight working with his endurance, lower body strength, and stamina. My husband came right home after his assessment and slept like a baby. It seems like Jerrick shows a sincere interest in his clients and the solutions to their problems. My husband is very excited to work with Jerrick so he can pass his physical ability test for the fire department. Thank you!
