I love this company. They are the best! I had a shower renovation and it turned out unbelievably shoddy and unusable for months. I hired Cascade and they did a fantastic job! I enjoy my new shower and feel safe now. The team was very responsible with good ethics and on time! Levi, Jacob, Tameer and Robert, thank you so much! And I will definitely use your company next time!

This is a review for my initial consultation with Cascade Showerworks. Tameer Bakker owns this company and he and Robert were kind to come to my home for a free consultation, showing me what they could do to change my bathtub to a shower. They have 3 tiers of showers to choose from, depending on the material you select.Mostly, I want to comment on this small companys leadership, and the honor I felt from their respectful and honest presentation in my home. I would trust this company to do a wonderful job, and keep their word regarding any warranty. A family friend texted me the photos from the shower Tameers team installed and it was beautifully crafted. She had nothing but positive things to say about her experience with her shower installation and loves using it now.It takes hard work and excellent customer service to be an entrepreneur in the US. I value good communication, and am thankful for the way I was treated. Trust is everything in a business and client relationship. You will receive honest and timely communication from Tameer and his team. His character is outstanding, and having a degree from UHs business school is quite an accomplishment. I am grateful my aunts friend recommended this company to me. Blessings!
Cascade Showerworks's reply
This truly touched us. Taking the time to welcome us into your home and then to write so thoughtfully about the experience means more than you know. Honesty, trust, and keeping our word are the foundation of everything we do, so to hear those values come through in just a consultation is the highest compliment we could receive. We'd be honored to earn your business when the time is right, and either way we're so grateful your aunt's friend pointed you our way. Thank you for the kind words and the blessings. They're returned to you tenfold!

The service was excellent, the customer service was professional and responsive, and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, and the team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update or remodel their bathroom
