- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are always free. Every quote is based on your actual project, like fence length, height, material, gates, and how easy the area is to access. Your written quote shows everything that’s included, so there are no surprise fees at the end. Ask about discounts if you’re doing more than one project at a time, like a fence and staining together
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. You message me with what you need. 2. I come out for a free estimate, take measurements, and talk through options. 3. You get a clear written quote. 4. We schedule the job and my crew gets it done clean and on time. 5. We walk the finished job together to make sure you’re happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands on experience in fencing and outdoor construction, learned in the field growing up in the trades. I’ve handled everything from quoting and planning to managing crews and finishing jobs.
