- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is priced according to its size, materials, preparation, difficulty, and overall scope of work. We provide clear estimates so customers understand what is included before work begins. Our goal is to offer fair and competitive pricing without sacrificing workmanship or cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the customer’s goals, budget, timeline, and project details. I then inspect and measure the work area before providing a clear written estimate. Once the scope and schedule are approved, we complete the work while keeping the customer informed. At the end, we perform a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience working in residential remodeling and construction. I have experience with flooring, tile, painting, demolition, and general construction work. Every project has helped me improve my knowledge of materials, preparation, installation, job-site safety, and customer service.
