FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking on a new customer for confidence, public speaking, and presentation coaching requires a systematic process to ensure maximum effectiveness. Here is my step-by-step process: 1. Initial Consultation: Schedule an initial consultation with you; this can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call. During this stage, it is critical for me to understand your specific needs, goals, and expectations. I will actively listen to you concerns and aspirations to develop a customized coaching plan for you. 2. Assess Needs: I will conduct a thorough assessment of your current skills and areas requiring improvement. This may involve reviewing past presentations or speeches, analyzing your confidence level, body language, vocal variety, and other relevant aspects. This assessment will help you identify strengths and weaknesses and tailor the coaching program to your specific needs. 3. Goal Setting: We will collaboratively set realistic and measurable goals. These goals will be specific, achievable, and time-bound. For example, a goal could be to deliver a confident and persuasive presentation at an upcoming conference within three months. I will ensure your goals align with your motivations and desired outcomes. 4. Develop a Coaching Plan: Based on the assessment and goal-setting, we will create a comprehensive coaching plan that outlines the strategies, techniques, and milestones for developmental purposes. The plan will include specific exercises, practice sessions, and resources such as relevant books, articles, or online courses. 5. Coaching Sessions: We will conduct regular coaching sessions, either in person or remotely. These sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or as per the agreed-upon schedule. During each session, we will address specific skills, techniques, and topics related to confidence, public speaking, and presenting. I will use a combination of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, role-plays, and feedback to support your growth. 6. Practice and Feedback: You will be encourage and held accountable to practice the learned skills between sessions. Practice tasks such as delivering short speeches, rehearsing presentations, or participating in mock Q&A sessions will be conducted. I will provide constructive feedback on your performance, focusing on areas that require improvement while also highlighting your progress and strengths. 7. Ongoing Support: I will provide real-time support not just during coaching sessions but also outside of them. I will make myself available for questions, provide additional resources, and offer encouragement and motivation throughout your journey. SASA is built on establishing a rapport that emphasizes trust, open but honest communication, and partnership. 8. Progress Evaluation: I will regularly asses your progress against our established goals. I will conduct periodic evaluations to measure your improvement in terms of confidence, public speaking skills, and presentation delivery. We will adjust the coaching plan if needed, based on the your evolving needs and aspirations. 9. Closing and Reflection: Upon reaching the agreed-upon coaching duration or achieving the desired outcomes, we will close the coaching engagement. We will regency on your progress, celebrate milestones, and reinforce newfound confidence and skillset. I will provide suggestions for continued growth and learning beyond the coaching relationship. SASA understands that flexibility and customization within this process are key to addressing each client's unique needs.
