We first met Tanya Warner by chance when we went to look at a house in the Katy (Houston) area. During that first meeting itself, she impressed us by giving us detailed information not only about the house but also about the sub-division where the house was located, the general trends in the housing market, the community in general, amenities offered in that residential neighborhood and contacts for everything from loans to handymen. Because we were looking to buy a second house as an investment property, she was able to give us additional details about lease rates we could expect if we were to put the property out on the market for rent. As we got to know her better during our search, one thing that we found particularly helpful as an investor was that she would select properties tailored to our needs, skipping unnecessary trips to see homes that she knew would not pique our interest. Tanya also gave us deeper information about things as our search progressed and advised us to wait for the right property to come our way instead of rushing into anything. That says a lot about her knowledge, experience and professionalism. Even though we have worked with Tanya only a short time as probably one of her newest clients, we are so comfortable with her that we intend to keep that relationship going for a long time into the future for all of our real estate needs.

I purchased a home last year with the assistance of Tanya Warner. I was very impressed with her great skills and professionalism. I was almost in panic mode because I had a short amount of time to find a home because my lease was coming to an end. Tanya was very personable and reassured me that she would help me find my home. Tanya was extremely patient with us while we were searching for a house in our price range that was zoned for our son's elementary school. She was very knowledgable about the market and how houses are valued and gave us great advice.
