- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an entrepreneur. My academic training in business finance was obtained from Prairie View A&M University and the University of Houston. That instruction provided understanding of banking, business operations, and bureaucratic authority. Training in law enforcement was obtained from Lamar University's Jefferson County Regional Police Academy. That instruction provided keen insights into security, privacy, and social interactions with various ramifications. My information technology training and instruction came from employment with various world class corporations and a life long involvement in computer related entrepreneurial activities. My first IT employment was with the IBM Corporation. The initial experience preceeded the PC revolution but my career experiences at major energy companies, Compaq Computer (now Hewlett-Packard), and an international Tiawanese computer manufacturer (DTK Computers) provided me unique hands on insights to information technology. Metrolocal Support and MyLittleHelpdesk are entrepreneurial efforts for consulting and problem solving, respectively.
