I am so impressed with Marco! He listened to what steps I had gone through with the system. Then he asked if I had a picture of the system before it was repaired. I did and he knew immediately how to fix. The plumber had reversed the backflow valve so he reverted to the correct configuration. Other people had told me I needed a new controller but I knew the controller worked fine until I had a leak repaired. This tech saved this grateful family lots of money!
