- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call is 95.00 for the first 30 minutes and then it is 89.00 an hour after that. I do charge by the half hour after the service charge. The service charge can be waived if the repair is sufficient. Monthly service starts at 180.00 plus tax, it includes all chemicals,same day of the week service, and the 2 filter cleans a year that is recommended by the manufacturers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Appointment is set for morning or afternoon, i cane give a 4 hour window. If the customer cannot be there i can go and diagnose the problem and call with estimate. No work will be performed without consent from customer. Payment is due at time of completion of work. There is a 50% deposit for any job 1,000.00 or more the rest will be collected once job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years hands on experience, repairs and cleaning. I am a certified startup technician, a certified pool inspector, and i have held management positions for a large company in the Houston area.
