Very punctual and responds quickly. Good work quality and effective communication. He really asks about the detail of my project and explains exactly what he can do before getting started on things, and the final video is exactly what I want.

Originally I was very complimentary. However, he sent me a LINK which I tried sending to social media that not ONE person responded because the LINK uses too much time and technology to get posted by anyone other than a technology genius. I am VERY disappointed we missed the Valentine deadline.
Feb 22, 2021VerifiedBIZZAY, LLC's replyHi Natalie, the link I sent you was to download the video file to your computer. Once you download the video, then you’re able to post it online. ***The link itself was never meant to be posted on your social media for people to click on. It is a two-step process I’ve been using for years that has been effective when transferring media files (through WeTransfer). All being said, I was never paid for the services I provided.

He is a genius. It's not an easy task working with a 94 year old World War ll warrior that is injured. He not only went out of his way to make it easy and to work wonders. He was punctual and performed better than what I dreamed was possible. Norberto was a pro and handled everything perfectly. My professional career was in the advertising agency business and Roberto proved he can match, and beat, the best video producers. Give him a try and you will be more than satisfied. Guaranteed !

I worked with Noberto on my Real Estate Promo video and he did fabulous! He showed up on time, was well prepared, and made sure every shot was perfect. He took into consideration good lighting, which was very important to me. He also sent my video in 4K AND within 4 days! All I have to say is Noberto will be the only videographer I’ll ever use! A true professional with an amazing talent!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I like to provide clients with the most value at competitive rates. I also believe that transparency builds trust, which is why I keep my contract short and comprehensible. FOR VIDEO SHOOTS: Upon signing the contract, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Then the remaining amount is due no later than the date listed. FOR VIDEO EDITING: The full amount is required upfront. FOR ADDITIONAL REQUESTS, OUTSIDE OF THE INITIAL AGREEMENT: With every video, the client is allowed to request editing revisions (between 1-2 revisions). But if the client asks for more than what the agreement states (such as multiple versions of a video), then it will require an additional contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My goal is to make things as simple and personable as possible. 1. For every new customer, I like to start by talking about their vision for the project. 2. We'll talk about the ideas and details of what they want or what they might be interested in. 3. I'll give them a price quote. 4. If all is good and the price is perfect, we'll book with confidence!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my foundational film education from a year-long film course in 2014. My instructor, April Frame, was a professional cinematographer whose been in the field for over 15 years and has worked on big-budget film sets with A-list actors. In the following years, I continued my independent studies and learned through hands-on experience alongside local filmmakers.
