Tiffany and her husband did such a fantastic job!!!! She was our photographer for our wedding and also included our engagement pictures which were beautiful. My husband and I loved our pictures and our video!!!! She is great to get ideas and also helped us out with poses lol. Definitely going to use her again! I would highly recommend her for your event. Working with Tiffany and Joseph was easy and seamless! They were reasonably priced and replied to emails on the same day. The contract/payment option was easy, and they upheld everything as stated in their contracts. My wife and I chose them as our wedding videographer due to their competitive pricing and also came highly recommended from a friend. We received a highlight video AND full video exactly TWO WEEKS after our wedding. Joseph uses your music choices and edits so well that it feels like we're there at our wedding day all over again. His 4K video quality enhances the viewing experience so much, and I can't help but ogle at how PERFECT each moment came together for our video! We would love to work with them again. If you have been trying to find a GREAT videographer without breaking the bank, look no further! Thank you again!

Tiffany and Joseph are an amazing partnership!! They were punctual to every event, had reasonable prices compared to competitors, and have amazing quality work!! Their goal was to make us (bride and groom) happy; they did an amazing job at succeeding in this by taking wonderful photos and creating an amazing highlight video of our wedding. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge based around the clients wants and try my best to offer something for everyone's budget. I do have standard pricing but realize that nothing is one size fits all.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss key details by phone or meet in person to go over my services. It breaks the ice and allows us to openly discuss expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both JTM Media employees have taken photo/video courses and continue to take steps towards advancing their skills and knowledge.
