- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try to establish a good line of communication first by phone/text then in person. I like to help them determine what their needs and expectations are from me. I then offer to answer any questions about the technologies involved and the best ways to implement them. This usually results in the customer gaining more insight about their needs and what is available to achieve their goals. Once the customer's questions have been answered, I create an outline of project goals, their needs and a estimated timeline for completion. The customer can use this to finalize their project budget and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of hands-on experience with computer hardware, software and networks. College degrees and formal training in computer science, electronics and micro computers.
