I had contacted him about installing a mechanical entry gate for the driveway. He is a smart guy, and I was impressed with him from the start. Our first meeting in person, he was able to communicate clearly what he intended to do, and it was well thought out and down to the last detail, and was also able to point out potential problems that may come up. This was proven even further when the type of opener had to be changed at the last minute and it quickly became clear that he was able to think on his feet and was very much a problem solver. His quote was a little higher than his competitors, but completely worth it because it was apparent that not only was I paying for the caliber of his knowledge and experience, but also that he has obvious talent for metalwork. Finally, I want to say that I felt very relaxed and confidant about my decision to employ him because of his visible work ethic and integrity. It rained, which didn't stop him, and he worked until there was absolutely no light left. He told me if anything went wrong within the next 5 years, he would gladly come out and look whether it had to do with his work or not. I personally would not consider using anybody else.

Charles was excellent through this entire process. He not only took care of what was requested. He took care of the intangible things. Our project took a while to plan out and start because of the complexity & no one in our industry had done this type of metal fabrication before. Charles' input into the project was instrumental in making sure the end product had structural integrity, looked cosmetically appealing, and the human factor he brought to the project was fantastic. Another side note was his warehouse flooded during hurricane Harvey and he made the extra effort to make sure all my metal pieces were as ordered. The extra effort he did to make sure the project was complete was unheard of. He came in Friday, Saturday and even took on Sunday after church to complete the job. Highly recommended.
