We needed a repair estimate for our warranty reimbursement with Citi Visa card. Kyle was so wonderful, responsive, and prompt in providing the needed estimate. Kyle is fair, ethical, and far better than any computer repair persons we have dealt with (we have a geek plan with a big company and my husband said Kyle is far more knowledgeable that any geek staff at this big box company).
