If I could l would rate this guy a ten star. I really thought I was going to have to trash my laptop at first but Karl fixed it like brand new. I’m kind of old school so I don’t know if the comparison I’m about to use is still appropriate but “He is the Michael Jordan of computer repair “. I really believe unless your computer is smashed in pieces, then Karl can fix it. I’m going to keep your number Karl thanks a million.

My laptop was non-functional; it wouldn't turn on. Minutes after posting on Thumbtack I was contacted by Guardian PC. Kyle walked me though taking my laptop back panel off & helped me identify various components. It only took 2 days because I had to find a screwdriver...the whole job could have been completed in under an hour (and I have no idea what I'm doing)! Communication was very timely & each step only took a few minutes. This was highly preferable over bringing my laptop to computer repair. It was nicer on the bank account & my computer was not out of commission for a week or more! Highly, highly recommend! Two thumbs way up! 👍👍

After numerous calls and remotes in from Microsoft and Dell...i gave up on them and they gave up helping. I visited w/Kyle and he was able to solve my update problem quickly. I will call Kyle with any computer problems I may have in the future!!

My experience with Guardian PC was great. He contacted me immediately and a few questions later he had diagnosed my problem and suggested solutions. Whether over text or phone he knows his trade well enough to talk anyone through how to fix there issue. I will be referring to GPC for all computer related problems from now on.
