Introduction: Answering questions, one-on-one. Being honest if I can't answer a question but offering to find the answer. I don't pretend to have every answer for every situation. Guiding inexperienced cooks in making recipes that are easy, delicious and impressive to look at. Everyone should have a few recipes they do well when put on the spot and asked to bring something to a gathering. "Yes they can", make a beautiful pie.
