- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Meeting so many people who have a desire to cook but don't even know the way around their own kitchen. I have met newly weds who have a kitchen full of wedding gifts and never use them.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A group of experienced cooks asked about learning to frost a layer cake with success. This was a hands on class. Each one was so pleased; with encouragement and a few simple tips they produced cakes that would win purple ribbons at the fair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take every opportunity to learn something new. Increase family values by spending quality time in the kitchen together as a couple and as parents.
