The minute I messaged him, he called me. I was very impressed. He showed up the next day at the given time. He was very kind and understanding. I thought the disposal would have to be replaced. Before just replacing it, he used a little tool underneath the disposal and it worked immediately!! He then went upstairs and fixed my sinks and shower and even toilet. The cost was reasonable and I will definitely use him again.

Mike completed a sewer line re-route with 3 flush outs for us. He communicated everything up front, explained all the details including how long it would take to complete. Mike and his team completed a comprehensive repiping on my 2,500 sq ft home from 1965. Over three days, they opened up my walls, handled all the plumbing while I worked from home, and then had a separate team repair and repaint. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Plumbing can sometimes be a frustrating, yet neccessary job to tackle. for instance, we may get a call for what seems to be an easy fix and once we investigate, we can find ourselves in a world of problems. with that being said, sometimes prices can vary depending on that situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to be sure that any new customers are getting the best experience out of me. I do take pride in my work, and although I can't always please everyone, I can safely say that I gave it my best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I joined an apprenticeship program while attending school for 5 years. hands on was always the best.
