- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your licensed technician will give an up front price on site before any work begins. We do offer different discounts that include Senior Citizens, Military Veterans, First Responders, Teachers. We also offer discounts to our patrons who use us for their annual plumbing maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome to our new customers! After you have scheduled an appointment with one of our customer service representatives you will receive an email and text verification of the appointment date and arrival window. When your licensed technician is in route to your location you will receive a text notification of their status that includes their picture. When hiring Pioneer you will only see us in fully marked vehicles with our name and logo. Our professional license numbers are also on the vehicles as required to work on plumbing and septic systems in the state of Texas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Pioneer training is extremely important. We believe that it is our responsibility to deliver the most current solutions to your plumbing and septic systems. Beyond our professional licensing we train in multiple different ways. Annually, we attend on going continuing education that is certified through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Twice a week, our field teams attend technical and customer service training. We have manufacturers visit regularly to train us specifically on products that include but are not limited to, Navien tankless water heaters, Rinnai tankless water heaters, Rheem water heaters, Bradford White water heaters, State water heaters, BrassCraft, Wolverine Brass faucets, Delta faucets, Kohler toilets, Insinkerator garbage disposals, Flow Tech water filtration, Water World filtration.
