I am Chef Cassi, a driven culinary professional who has mastered the art of delicious cooking and positive customer interaction by creating a successful private chef and catering services. I service the Greater Houston. My specialties include Multi-Course Dinners and Brunch. But I also do party catering which includes small bites from Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon to Mini Pasta Mardi Cups! Chef Cassi catered my 25th wedding anniversary. She and Paige were absolutely phenomenal! Very sanitary, professional, and charismatic. Oh but the food!!! Absolutely DELICIOUS! We had salmon with crawfish sauce, chicken breast, broccoli, dirty rice, and mashed potatoes. Everyone at the dinner table were raving about the food. I am already exploring food choices for my next event in august. Thanks Chef Cassi and Paige! You were wonderful.

AMAZING!!!!!! Service & Food the best! She did a birthday brunch for me and she will also be doing the food for my wedding this fall. As a chef myself, it's hard to trust someone else with something a big as my wedding, but I have no doubt Chef Cassi will exceed my expectations and help make it a night to remember!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for services ranges depending on the type of services rendered. Drop Off pricing will naturally be more affordable than full service which includes set up, staff, and breakdown/clean up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would like to have a short 15-minute consultation to get a good idea of the clients' expectations and from there design a menu perfect for them and their guests!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught chef taking the Houston Catering and Private Chef Services by storm! I do have previous food training in the restaurant industry.
