- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to listen to the client about their issues and see if we can resolve thier concerns. What's great about our service call fees is that there low cost and we wave the fee if we do the work. Are up front pricing helps the client to make financial decisions on the spot. Our main goal is to show them how important prevented maintenance on the system is vital to the life and the performance of the system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Texas Air Services pride itself with qualified technicians. All the techs have been through HVAC training at some point in their career. It's the on hands and customer service that can't be taught in the class room.
