Kyle was amazing! First, he responded almost immediately after I pressed the send key. Second, he was able to quickly diagnose my tech issue and proceeded to offer several different possibilities for a fix, which he worked through until he solved the problem. Third, he was able to answer a follow-up question with a couple of quick texts in very short order. Bottom line - he is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, and I would not hesitate to use him again should I ever have another computer issue. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I like to game together, but his PC started having issues a couple months ago, and has been completely unplayable the last few weeks. We tried every trouble-shooting method from every corner of the internet, and nothing worked. It seemed like all hope was lost… but then Kyle swooped in (remotely) to save the day! As soon as I submitted a request on Thumbtack for help, I received a call from Kyle within about 10 seconds. He charged a flat rate, and had the issue that we’d been trying to fix for weeks, fixed with a couple of hours.
