Richard was hired as a subcontractor for a variety of work on my house. His task was mainly sheetrock and ceiling repair. He did an awesome job! Richard was professional, courteous, and honest about what he did and why. If a problem arose, he was prompt in informing me and offered a variety of options to mitigate the issue. He went above and beyond by encouraging the contractor to go get parts from Houston rather than waiting the 10-14 days for them to be delivered locally (as an aside, I am still waiting on the contractor to come finish installing the shower in my master bath) When I am ready to do more work on the house, I will be calling Richard rather than the original contractor.

I had my whole bathroom remodeled by Richard Coaliron and he did a great job.He converted my bathtub into a walk in shower and and he installed faucets and painted the bathroom. I was skeptical of the estimate he gave because a few other big name companies gave me some super high estimates.I really misjudged this guy.His team came in and did the job in 3days.He put a warranty behind his work and they did everything in a professional manor.My wife was impressed with his work as well.

Home owners like to preserve the space they have as well as adding more square footage to their homes. Garage conversions, custom patios and decks and fencing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't hire contractors from out of state and meet who is going to be working on your house or business before you hire them and always get a clear, signed agreement before making any payments. Also, make sure they have pictures of their workl.
