What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any financial services that I offer, the price is based on a few factors. With my tutoring service and math help, pricing is based on grade level. Any stipulation or exceptions are noted with asterisks and will be discussed in detail before scheduling an appointment for services. I like for my customers to be clear on cost before services are rendered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With my new clients I have an initial meet and greet appointment just so that my clients can feel comfortable with me. I like to share information with my clients and also receive information about my clients in order to build our client-provider relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Finance. I have 5 years of professional experience as an Accountant. I also have 10 years experience as a Math Tutor of all grade levels and 3 years experience as a Math Teacher.
