Let’s get a few things straight…they aren’t $75 an hour. They drilled my pulls and put screws in in 50 minutes. My bill was $175. I can do the math. Said they were coming at 12. Came at 4. Said they were waiting on garage door openers to be delivered then changed their minds about switching them for me. Said they’d bid my ice maker and wine rack install. They didn’t. And they left sawdust everywhere. They joked about a lady saving on eggs and then leaving a $50 tip when I was in the room. I’m pretty sure I am the one who got talked down on my eggs, not them. Despite leaving me a mess and complaining that they underbid the job the whole time (remember…50 minutes and $75 an hour = $175) 🤔 they did a good job drilling the second holes and installing the pulls. Now I need to go vacuum up sawdust in 4 rooms.

I called for some floating garage shelves to be put in my garage 24 hours before I needed the job completed. The worker that came to do my job wasn’t completing the job to my satisfaction. I called the owner Jermaine and spoke to him about my concerns. I also told him that I preferred if someone else could come and complete my job that night. Well to my surprise Jermaine came about an hour and half later to complete my job. He went straight to work and called a few other guys to come and help, since it had gotten so late. The job was completed and I was 100% satisfied. Look people it’s not to many people that go out of there way for a stranger. I will be using this company for all my handy needs.
