His pricing is very fair for the quality services he is able to provide. He is highly knowledgeable in so many handyman projects. He is very honest, friendly in a professional manner, works quickly but efficiently and effectively, and he does not try to prolong the project work just to make extra money (meaning: he doesn't work slowly on purpose in order be on your project longer than what is reasonably necessary). I had several shelving items that needed to be assembled and a few hanging items. He worked on these in a very logistical manner. One of the shelving pieces I had was not at all like the others. He began putting it together and then came to get me to discuss. He told me it was a very poor quality, not well made, and that the "hardware" they included was all plastic. It was a very heavy piece and he told me that it would fall apart even if I were to place lightweight items on it. He said he would complete the item, but he did not want me to be discouraged or upset if it fell apart soon after. And, he did not just explain it to me, he showed me why he felt it was poor quality. I decided to have him NOT put that item together and could he take apart the little bit he had started on and place it back in the box, which he did with a very good attitude and even helped me tape up the box. I had a couple of other additional items I was going to have him hang for me. Had he not had to partially put together and then take apart the cheaply engineered and substandard item, he probably would have had time to complete the additional items I had decided for him to hang. I have some other projects down the line and was curious if they were things he would be able to complete for me. When I asked him if I could ask him about those future projects, he was more than willing to actively listen to what I wanted done and told me those type of projects all fall within his expertise. I WILL be using him again for handyman projects. Very impressed, very pleased, very satisfied with his quality of work! I strongly and highly recommend him!
