Pricing and rates are very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ensuring the scope of the work is well defined, understood, and achieved. I answer all my customers' questions and if I don't have an answer I will not make one up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Comcast as a telecommunications technician that serviced residential and business customers for six years. Also, for three years my last role at Comcast was as a Field Networking Engineer where I was responsible for keeping the network maintained and online. Three years afterward, I have experience in rack & stacking, VoIP, structured cabling, residential and business security systems, device refreshes including media menu boards, etc...
