- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing covers everything needed for the best performance. I take in consideration everything associated with the process. Alot of installers will not educate you on the equipment. They will not give you your advantages and disadvantages. They want hide the wires. They are in and out. We offer a extensive installation for those who want it and quick clean and tidy job every time!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Education on what to expect. How long it will take and other opportunities to expand your new installation. Very competitive prices!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a electronics degree. CET. I have worked with most manufacturers and alot of installers training them in the latest products. I attended all the electronics events every year.
