- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide so many different services through Collaborative Success and I believe that having quality services at great prices really allows for our clients to gain access to something great!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like have a quick meet and greet to ensure I get the full scope on my clients for goal/lesson planning. This can be done in-person or online. Clients will also receive a payment link via email along with policies and procedures.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder of Collaborative Success, I am licensed educator. I am currently finishing up my doctorates in educational organization and leadership. I have a masters in education specializing in special education with an emphasis is autism. I also have bachelors in psychology as well as special education in intellectual disabilities. My experience is rich and I am forever learning and improving my skill sets.
