Cleaning service was very organized and professional. Cleaning was efficient and good quality. My apartment was not the dirtiest but I have a fairly high cleanliness standards and I was happy with the result. Would recommend to others.

I cannot say enough about the cleaning I just received. When I said they clean everything, spotless cleaning. It's just amazing. I was able to work and was not the least bit interrupted as they cleaned. I am signing my grandmother up today for her cleaning for next week. I am usually a pretty clean person, but wow this cleaning was everything. They show up early and clean everything as agreed and more. In my kitchen, they even cleaned my microwave and stove. I am so glad I found them. If you want a true deep cleaning with care this is the company you!!! Thank you so much. I cannot wait until next time.

Use Oracle! In my opinion this company was super easy to work with and went all out to get my cleaning scheduled quickly and convenient for me. The cleaner was spot on time and worked non stop for hours on an embarrassingly tough job. My home sparkles but did not reek of chemicals. Looking forward to a continued partnership.

This was the first time I hired a pro to clean my house. I was a little weary about having anyone come to my home especially with the risks involved with COVID-19. But also because of COVID-19, I wanted to have my home deep cleaned. Oracle Cleaning Services were the first pros to respond, and immediately after my posting. The message was prompt, extremely courteous, and very helpful and straightforward. I ended up choosing Oracle because of the great value I was quoted and the safety precautions they advertised within their website. The pro that came to my home was Katrice, who arrived promptly at our agreed upon time. Katrice was extremely personable and kind and arrived ready to get to work. She had gloves and took safety measures into account the minute she walked in our home. After several hours Katrice had transformed my house into a beautiful and spotless home! I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that she did throughout the entire house. I know for a fact that she really took her time to clean my home with care and did not cut corners or do a rush job, because my home looked AMAZING!! I cannot thank Katrice enough for all of her hard work, as well as Oracle for their prompt and courteous reply! I will definitely continue welcoming Katrice back to care for our home, and plan to do so on a regular basis. Thank you Oracle and Katrice!

We offer deep discounts when booking reoccurring appointments with us. Monthly appointments are 10% off, Bi-weekly appointments are 12.5%, and Weekly appointments are 22% off.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our professional cleaners will greet you with a smile upon meeting you. They will walk the home or business with you while you reinforce any important areas to them. After completion of the job the cleaner will present and go over with you a thorough checklist of everything done in the home or business, to ensure your utmost satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners take certification classes to ensure the best practices are used in your home.
