- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is affordable for most of our customers and it can be negotiable. Usually first cleaning is a little bit more expensive than regular cleaning because we are “preparing” your place for standard cleaning. What it means that we are doing everything with details such as baseboards, fans, blinds etc. After that your place won’t need deep cleaning but just a standard cleaning. If you need move out, move in, deep cleaning or after construction cleaning we are charging $55 per hour per person. Why this time we don’t charge by job? Because it’s a different kind of cleaning and we don’t know what you want to be done (not every client wants full place to be cleaned).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are two polish girls. We were raised in Poland. From the earliest years our mothers taught us how to clean what we had to do every week. So we spent every Saturday on cleaning ours rooms. When the holidays were coming we were helping with deep cleaning. So cleaning is in our blood 😀. That is our education, our school of life.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We don’t choose customers. They choose us. So we were helping cleaning to all people no matter of age, gender, race or country of origin. That’s why our work is very interesting. Every customer is different and has different expectations from us. We are very flexible and patient. We are a good listeners and we are doing our best for any of ours clients.
