Germaine showed up, exactly when he said he would, no BS. On price, on time, and professionalism to boot. I wish more contractors could deliver on all those things. He’s gonna answer the questions that you have for future projects while doing your current project and will cut you straight. I would definitely call him back and I wouldn’t see a need to have to run the job with me there, I would be comfortable, allowing my wife to negotiate with him and understand the process as well. He’s definitely not there to take advantage of anyone, definitely there to do a good job and get out of your hair.
