I am so happy that I took a chance to stop and talk to employees in the Camouflaged truck and ask if they could clear my yard of large branches and tree limbs. I got more than I expected. The owners came over and assisted. I felt so blessed by the way they cleared and trimmed my trees. They treated my yard as though it was their own. They get 5 Stars and my business forever. I got quoted 4x as much by other companies to remove concrete slab. They showed up exactly at the appointment time, did the job a lot faster than I thought the would be done. The customer service was great on the phone. I don't know what else to say. Great job, good service, great price. I just hope they expand into more services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discounts to all Veterans, and first responders. We charge for Junk Removal by Volume of our trailer. Our 16 cubic yard trailers can hold 16 clothes washing machines. Call now to schedule a free Quote. Our minimum for a single item pickup starts at $110, all the way up to a full trailer @ $697.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to explain to the customer how our pricing works because it can be confusing. If I need to do an onsite quote we schedule that asap. If we can discuss or view pictures I give ball park Pricing over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in customer service for over 25 years.
