About
Without great customer service there’s no customer. Without customers there isn’t a business. This is why I focus on customer service first and foremost. Also providing great work to help the ongoing fight to cleanup our city and minimize if not rid of all illegal dumping sites. So that our city can be one you love to live in no matter what side of town your on. If you have stuff you need to get rid of give us a shout. Our prices and service are great believe me.

Terrence and his helper did a great job for me today. I had a short window to do a pick up at a business and then they delivered it to my house all flawlessly. I will definitely be using TNT clutter removal in the future. Thank you.

Terrence went beyond his agreed job. He was polite and helpful. The items I wanted hauled were not easily accessible but he didn’t complain and easily got the job done. I would highly recommend T.N.T. for hauling cutter and junk!

Wonderful service! Showed up early and got done removing a TON of cardboard. Very friendly as well. He even saved me from a monster cockroach. Definitely will hire again!

Terrance and his team were nothing short of amazing!!!. Not only we’re they extremely organized (they strategically place my junk together in their truck like a puzzle), they were so nice, honest, affordable, and quick. I will absolutely use them again!!! When anyone saw stuff they were unsure if I would want to throw it away that I may have overlooked like a fan or a box that looked like it had nice stuff in it they would ask me just in case to make sure I wanted to trash it. Terrance and crew we’re all so down to earth, just that southern hospitality feel we all love.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on how much room you take up on either of my trailers but I do work with my customer because every situation and living condition is different. I do not judge anyone.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First speak with them to get a sense of the job and what they need removed. Make sure they know that I’m trustworthy and will meet their needs. Negotiate a price that works for them and do excellent service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
