- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price quotes are given upfront and will never be altered as long as the scope of the project remains the same. However, add-ons outside of the scope of the previously agreed project (including extra logo design concepts, alternate logos, etc) are available for and additional fee. Because I am based in Texas, any Texas-based customers will have to pay sales tax of 7.25%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, I'll send you a design questionnaire to completely understand your ideas and requirements. Once a clear direction for the project is determined, I'll then go on to create a few preliminary designs (this number is determined during our consultation). Once completed, I'll share those designs with you to see which concept you would like to go with. In the second phase of the process, I'll send you revisions of your preferred concept until you a satisfied that your logo is perfect for your business. Once that is completed, you'll receive a digital file package with your logo in multiple industry standard formats suitable for use in any and all commercial situations you would need. You will also hold full ownership of the logo at that time.

I've worked with companies representing a wide range of products and services including but not limited to: fitness, immigrant advocacy, blogs, women's health, couples' retreats, and media production.
