1st OFF, she took my booking last minute (within 5 days) and she accommodated changing the time at the last minute due to travel and childcare delays...she was very personable and professional, which we all know can be a problem, but she was gracious, patient, and masterful. NEXT, let’s move on to her SKILLS!!! Now I know my goddesses dipped in XTRA melanin like myself, often struggle and/or have a hard time with MUA not understanding the depths of our complexion. And if you’re like me you’ve had a few experiences wherein you got up out the chair casket ready (way too much coverage at the wrong tone). You need not to worry here, Lustre’s pigment matching technique is top notch and she really listens to her clients’ concerns regarding pigmentation issues. She also always places her own flare to the experience that will have you second guessing where she’s been all your life!!!! MOST IMPORTANTLY she is fast!!! And did I mention professional!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates differ depending on the event. Prom, weddings, birthdays, and regular occasions. I do have a down payment fee to book an appointment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be a get to know you. Brief overview you on their pros, and cons on makeup. Asking about what is needed for that particular service at the time. Going over pricing, traveling, and desired looks. Lastly, booking an appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the cosmetology field has allowed me to gain knowledge regarding the work I do.
