Pro was punctual. However, the set up definitely didn’t meet my expectations. The balloons looked old and used. I also would have appreciated it if the pro would have given us the common courtesy of asking about a pick-up time, as well as, given us a heads-up before coming back and taking down the set up; this would have allowed me to give my guests a last opportunity to take pictures in front of the backdrop.

Hi Tasha, thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify that the balloons used for your event were brand new and had not been previously used. The appearance you described as “old” is called oxidation, which naturally occurs when balloons are exposed to heat and sunlight, especially during outdoor events. Regarding pickup, I asked about the takedown time beforehand and was told 7:00 PM, so I arrived at the agreed-upon time. Setup was completed around 12:00 PM, and your event began at 4:00 PM, which provided several hours for guests to enjoy the display and take photos. I’m sorry to hear that the setup did not meet your expectations, but I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best experience possible.

Very professional and easy to work with. They even came out the night before the party to set everything up so it would be ready to go the day of the party.
